I first hired Michelle and her gang of "peeps" in the early '90s to help me develop a [BC Hydro] training strategy. The project hit the mark --and my team had a blast working with them. I think my team and I learned more about instructional design in those few months than we had in years.

Over the years, whenever I needed guidance, expertise and some down-home practical solutions, Michelle has always been the first person I called.  Now our roles have switched and I am working with her at Edge.  I'm finding this experience just as rewarding and educational, and it's still a blast!
